Without a doubt your tiny home is one of the nicer ones that I have seen and it is organized. For a college student organization and student usually do not go hand in hand. You mentioned your laundry but, I did not see a washer. If I had your set up I would probably go for one of those portable washers that require you to turn a drum or a plastic small tub that uses minimal electricity. Even though I have a full house w/full dryer and washer I find that I rarely use the dryer. It is too rough on the clothes-increases the fading. makes some clothes bead up, too hot for elastic. I hang up everything except sheets and towels. With the water so close by does that allow your space to stay cooler? I live in Galveston and we usually fans as long as possible.
